Interpreter Coordinator – Linguacom (Full-time, Oskarshamn)

Linguacom is now looking for an interpreter coordinator for our operations in Oskarshamn. The role involves being responsible for booking and coordinating interpreting assignments and ensuring that the right interpreter is in the right place – at the right time.

This is a central function in the organization where you work closely with both clients and interpreters, handling everything from planned assignments to urgent changes.

Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate interpreting assignments
• Maintain daily contact with clients and interpreters via phone and email
• Manage changes, rescheduling, and urgent matters
• Ensure quality in the delivery of assignments
• Work in booking systems and follow up on assignments
